Arun Gawli At Mumbai High Court Doors For Parole

Mafiossi boss Arun Gawli filed an application in Mumbai High Court after Nagpur Jail authorities denied him parole to attend his son's wadding.

Today on Monday, advocates of Arun Gawli filed application in Nagpur bench of Mumbai High Court seeking directions for parole. Application will be heard shortly.

Arun Gawli is behind the bars in the case of Kamlakar Jamshandekar. This Shivsena corporator was killed by mafia and Mumbai court passed an order in 2012, in which he was awarded lifer.

Arun Gawli has been lodged in Nagpur jail since 16th Mar 2015.

It is learnt that Arun Gawli’s son Mahesh marriage is slotted on 9th May 2015 at Members Enclosure, Turf Club, Racecourse, Mahalaxmi. He is going to marry Nagpur resident Kritika Aheer.

Arun Gawli applied parole for preparation and to attend wedding but Mumbai Police sent a letter to Nagpur Police stating that if mafiossi boss will be out of jail, their will be life threat to the witnesses of the Jamshandekar murder case. On this letter and objection, Nagpur police denied him the parole.
